unlikely event that you need to return an
item, we aim to make the process as
smooth and stress-free as possible. Your
satisfaction is our priority, so if something
isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.Can I return my order?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as gifts including food can not ben returned.

- Personalised Items & Wedding Stationery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Let us know your order number the item you would like to return. We will then email you a return slip.

Who covers the return shipping?
If you're returning an item for any reason other than a fault, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. These costs are non-
refundable.
If your item is faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping cost—just get in touch, and we’ll arrange it for you.
How long will my return take?
The time it takes to receive your exchanged item may vary depending on your location and shipping method.
Important Shipping Advice
If your item is worth £75 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it
reaches us safely.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive returned items, so tracking your parcel is always a good idea.

Returning a Gift
If you received an item as a gift and it was marked as a gift at checkout and sent directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit for the value
of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate by mail.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase—or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you—any
refund will be sent to the original purchaser. This means they’ll be notified of the return.

Our Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. This email will inform you whether your
refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at
