Spring is a season of movement—petals unfurling, streams trickling, and the breeze shifting through fresh leaves. In this relaxed evening workshop, we’ll explore ways to capture that sense of flow and renewal through the versatile form of a concertina sketchbook.
In collaboration with Peg Boarders, this Mini Makes session invites you to experiment with ink, mark-making, and layering techniques to create a unique folded sketchbook inspired by the rhythms of spring. Whether you prefer loose expressive strokes or delicate detailed drawings, the concertina format provides a perfect space to explore patterns, textures, and seasonal shifts in a flowing, unbroken composition.
No experience is needed—just a curiosity for creative exploration and a love of making. Whether you’re an artist, journaler, or simply looking for a mindful way to capture the shifting season, this evening offers a chance to slow down, create, and enjoy the process.
Spaces are limited, so book your place now and step into the flow of spring with us.
